Do I have to polish my rear brake rotor?
No, but for the perfect match it does look much better.
Polishing my rotor will effect my stopping power? Only at first, you do need a scuffed surface for the brake pads to grab. We suggest riding your brakes the first mile and carefully testing them before your first ride.
Why is there a white cover on the cover? This cover is to protect the high polished surface, remove this cover before installing.
Do I need to change anything else with this Rear cover? No, you can bolt this on as is, we do suggests you use a small amount of silicon to install (see install instructions above).
Can I use this on a ABS model? We have not installed this product on a ABS model, we know the speed sensor is located in this area of the rear wheel, so the answer could be no.
