Orders over $99 in the continental United States qualify for free shipping.

Domestic Shipping:
All of our products are shipped to you from the United States of America and include shipping insurance and manufacturer warranty. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, ussually whichever is less expensive. Please allow approximately 1-4 days to receive your tracking number.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. After you place your order online, we will contact you with discounted shipping options. After you accept the appropriate shipping amount, we will process and ship your order. All of our products are shipped to you from the United States of America and include shipping insurance and manufacturer warranty. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, ussually whichever is less expensive. Shipping cost does not include international import duties, check with your customs office. Please allow approximately 1-4 days to receive your tracking number.
Returns/Exchanges:
Return Authorization (RA) number required. To obtain an RA number you must call within 14 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new, unused, in original packaging, suitable for resale. No returns on electrical products or custom sized cables but they are covered by manufacturer warranty.
All products are covered by manufacturer warranty and are shipped fully insured.
All exchanges are subject to a minimum $10 handling fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Backorders:
All backorders remain active unless canceled by the customer. A cancelation number will be issued upon cancelation.
