Domestic Shipping:
All of our products are shipped to you from the United States of America and include shipping insurance and manufacturer warranty. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, ussually whichever is less expensive. Please allow approximately 1-4 days to receive your tracking number.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. After you place your order online, we will contact you with discounted shipping options. After you accept the appropriate shipping amount, we will process and ship your order. All of our products are shipped to you from the United States of America and include shipping insurance and manufacturer warranty. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, ussually whichever is less expensive. Shipping cost does not include international import duties, check with your customs office. Please allow approximately 1-4 days to receive your tracking number.
Returns/Exchanges:
Return Authorization (RA) number required. To obtain an RA number you must call within 14 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new, unused, in original packaging, suitable for resale. No returns on electrical products but they are covered by manufacturer warranty.
If you are returning due to customer error, there is a minimum of $10.00 up to 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
If you are returning due to our error or product defect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and there will be no restocking fee.
Backorders:
All backorders remain active unless canceled by the customer. A cancelation number will be issued upon cancelation.
